Requirements
You must come to work with a positive attitude and be willing to do what it takes to finish the job.
You must be able to work in a team setting and on your own.
You need to be able to make decisions on your own and take direction as needed.
You need basic hand tools. If you have power tools even better.
You need basic knowledge to operate a smart phone.
You must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
The following are some skills that we are looking for: plumbing, electrical, drywall, stucco, concrete, framing, finishing, cabinets, painting, general maintenance, security systems, roofing, inventory, etc.
The more you know and can do well, the better we pay. We also offer training. We work in all areas of maintenance and construction. Our techs train each other so that they can learn their trade better and earn more. Open position pay is based on experience. We have two interviews - one in our office and one on-the-job interview.
